Undoubtedly, one of the most important steps in the process is getting the price right. Before meeting with you for the first time, I will have spent a considerable amount of time analyzing the value of your home against others that have recently sold, are on the market or are under contract within your immediate subdivision and beyond, taking into consideration current market trends and looking forward into the foreseeable future.
Review and Sign Sales ContractWe will completely discuss the sales contract and I will give you estimated net sheets so that you will have a complete understanding of all costs involved. I believe our commission rates are extremely competitive and they are a personal matter between you and me. I will be happy to discuss this openly and candidly with you and I will do my best to accommodate your financial situation.
Prepare the Home
Let's face it, none of us live in model homes. Yet nothing "wows" a buyer more than a decorated model. I have been around many buyers in my career, I know what they want and I know what makes them move on to the next house.

This is another area where not only skill but experience is important to excel. In the past I have successfully negotiated some of the most challenging real estate deals there are. One of my strongest points is keeping a deal alive by overcoming the obstacles when others have already given up. I have been in various forms of sales all my life. I am a true problem-solver and it takes a lot for me to give up, unless of course, you ask me to.
Follow Through to Closing
Many agents think once they are beyond the negotiation stage, all the other details will fall into place. Wrong! There's a lot to be done at this stage and I will see to it that it all gets completed in an efficient and timely matter.
