Buying a home in Oaklake Village
Oaklake Village in the Woodfield community consists of homes on a nature
preserve and a pond. These homes were built in the late 80s and early 90s
so you can expect high ceilings, decorative plant shelves, lots of ceramic tile
and spacious Florida floor plans. Many of the homes have private
conservation in the backyard. Homes feature hip roofs, arched windows,
double door entries and some have lofts. A great feature these homes offer
is all the extras. So many of the homes have pools, spas, water softeners,
wells, fireplaces, security systems, pull down steps to the attics over the
garages, and so much more. There is a low annual HOA fee too that is
