This is Fred Howard Park of Tarpon Springs. One of the closest beaches to the East Lake area. Fred Howard Park is a fantastic park and beach with picnic and swim areas, bathroom facilities, playgrounds, and FREE parking. Most beaches charge for parking or entrance but not Howard Park! These pictures were taken on a "cool" fall day in November. As you can see, we can enjoy the fun and sun just about year 'round here in Tarpon Springs Florida. There are many people picnicing, swimming, fishing, and even taking windsurfing lessons at the park. Fred Howard Park is so close to many Tarpon Springs neighborhoods that on any given day you will see many people riding their bikes to the beach. I always take my customers on a tour of Fred Howard Beach when we are viewing homes in Tarpon Springs. Let me know when you are ready!
