Boot Camp For WomenAnother fantastic reason to move to the East Lake area! East Lake women
are getting in shape with John Kent's
North Pinellas Adventure Boot Camp.

John
Kent welcomes all women to Boot Camp regardless of physical condition. Whether you run marathons or haven't exercised in years, John will make you feel
right at home in his outdoor program. With two classes (5:30 am and 9:00 am)
there's a convenient time for everyone. Even though there may be many women in
the class, John will be YOUR personal trainer. He makes a point of getting
to know each woman and their fitness level. He will make sure you are working
at your potential without the risk of
injury. He walks the field with encouraging and motivating comments and is
constantly correcting your form. He notices when you make major
improvements and doesn't hesitate to congratulate you! Exercises are
challenging, varied, and increase in intensity over the four week time span. His
pre & post evaluations are very helpful in order to gauge your progress.
Most women notice an increase in body muscle, weight loss, better sleeping
patterns, and overall sense of well being and accomplishment.

"After
leaving my job 2 years ago, I vowed to walk three miles everyday. I did it
but my middle section never changed. I tried to run but
never made it past a few minutes. I'm not overweight but I don't have the
shape I used to have either. My arms and my legs are thin with no
muscle tone what-so-ever. I didn't put a bathing suit on last year.
Also, I never
knew what to do with weights so I stayed away from them. Big mistake.
Well, after the first 4 week program - for the first time in my life - I have some
noticeable arm and calf
muscles! And, I can run now. My first 1 mile timing was 11 minutes,
and today I ran it in 8:55 minutes. I'm in
shock! No doubt that's why my stomach is looking better too. For the first
time in a few years I feel and look good in low rise jeans. This is an
awesome class, full of friendly, encouraging women with the same goal and a very
skilled and personable trainer. You just have to come and join us!"
